I just wanted to say a massive thanks to you and your staff for the awesome catering at our event on Monday.
The Board and other attendees have all raved about the fabulous food, and knowing that you were on top of everything meant there was one less thing for me to worry about on the day.
Nothing was too much trouble for you and I really appreciated that.
Now if you could just tell me how to get my arancini balls as crispy as yours on the outside I would be delighted!!!

Delivering a perfectly cooked meal to a location 21k from your kitchen exactly on time takes exceptional expertise. The deep fried calamari arrived hot with perfect texture and the coating crisp; the seafood in the linguine was not overcooked. I would have said impossible. We were all very impressed.
